Welcome to TDNoto Photography. I know, I know! The name lacks a bit of imagination, but all of the cool names (that I could think of) were all taken.
To begin with, I have put this site together to have a little fun. Most of what I will do here is show photos that I have taken and in some cases think worthy of selling to interested parties. I may, from time to time, put the work of other individuals that have asked nicely and that I know personally.
Unless specifically noted, all work is mine and copyrighted as such. I will give credit where credit is due.
Let's start with my hosting service. I use GoDaddy. Not because I'm in love with Danica Patrick, but it was reasonably priced and they offer features that I think I can take advantage of in this site. So, if you like to help me out, and who wouldn't, click on the GoDaddy link (or not).
Next let me say that the equipment, and software, that I use falls into one of several categories:
One of my favorite things to do, as it relates to photography, isto just head out for someplace, like Monterey, CA, with camera bag in hand. Of course, there isn't much that someone else hasn't photographed, so I look for unique angles or unique exposure settings.
On occasion, and generally at someone's request, I'll attend a party just to take a few candid shots. Although, I will have to say that a flower or a rock never complains about the picture (so I lean towards those types of pictures. As with most budding artists, musicians, painters, et. al., I like to think I have a natural talent for this. And like for most budding artists ... the truth hurts!
