My day job, which I'll keep for some time to come, is software development. Therefore, I'm in constant search mode for "handy dandy" tips on photography and equipment. That is not to say that I don't seek profesional help (of a photographic nature) and constructive criticism from friends and acquaintances. On this page I share what I have found online that may be helpful and/or interesting.

As with all "educational" assistance, it is up to the observer to gleen what is ertinent and to discard what does not apply. For instance, I don't worry to much at all about the "Rule of Thirds". That doesn't mean I totally discard it, but I shoot what I like and what I want in my view finder

One thing you might notice is that many of these tutorials are for Corel PaintShopPro. I use PaintShopPro so I hope that explains that. If/when I switch to something else, I'll add links to them as well.

So this is for you. They are not in any particular order, but they are here anyway. Please enjoy, and let me know if you really like, or dislike, the page and its content. Also, if you have suggestions (of a proper and moral nature) please let me know.
